No Surface, 2025
My work "No Surface" is an exploration of mediation and the unknown, delving into how I interpret and navigate the enigmatic aspects of existence. I mediate my environment with both my 3d scanner, and my body. I print my 3d scans onto fabric to wrap myself in them and perform at sites that symbolize thresholds—places of transition and transformation. I make gestures that suggest invitation, reading oneself, pointing, and hearing, that evoke evoke both the ideas of observation and reflection.
